Film noir YouTube clip analysis
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rU1VXXPmjYE
-this fits this genre as neo-noir because it purposely takes advantage of the darkness to showcase a action scene, where the criminals are set with fear from this - from the protagonist (Batman) , this gives a enigma code for the audience as they too do not know where batman is mostly, this sets fear and horror factors of the character aswell as action from the fighting. There is no main light source , only using the firing of bullets as a weak light source to convey a sense of unknowing of what is happening.
